Little Amelie

Gorgeous baby alert!! How stunning is little Amelie? With her beautiful big eyes and tiny delicate features. She came to the studio very unsettled at first. She really didn’t like the change of scenery and made us all aware of the fact. Mum came to the rescue though and soothed little one so she felt a bit more calm. We just tested the waters at first to see how she would react to being swaddled. Easy does it we thought. Our patience paid off as little Amelie was pretty content. Wrapped in our most popular white fabric, she didn’t shy away from the camera. Absorbing every tiny detail of the studio.

For the first half of the shoot she was wide awake. Then by the middle she was wriggling around, kicking those little legs to her hearts content. However, during the final stages of the session she slept. Peaceful little Amelie. She was brilliant and allowed us to pose her without a sound. Styling her with our delicate knitted headband we captured this beautiful little girl in the most adorable poses.

A sleeping baby is definitely a happy baby for us. We encourage parents to feed little ones before the session and then just top up as and when little one seems restless. A sleeping baby is so much easier to pose and helps capture those incredible shots. Just like Amelie’s.
