Goodbye 2024, hello 2025!

Wow, What a Year!

2024 has been a whirlwind of excitement, milestones, and unforgettable memories at our studio. As we look back, we can’t help but smile at all the incredible moments we’ve shared with our amazing clients. Here’s a glimpse into what made this year so special:

• A New Baby – Welcoming a precious addition to the team! My second born. Ok so he was born Dec 2023 but he was still very new!
• Nursery Photos – 2024 was a step up for our nursery photos! We captured mini graduations and a wide array of Christmas memories. If your nursery doesn’t already have a photographer, please mention us! It’s a great way to save you money, as unlike a studio shoot, the session and previews are completely free to you, and prints and digitals start at just £10. We maintain the same high quality as our studio sessions, and what’s more, you don’t have to take time out of your day to plan and schedule—the nursery takes care of it all. A true win-win!
• Christmas Magic – What a whirlwind our xmas season has been. We need a year off just to get over how incredibly busy it’s been! We’ve been so fortunate to have been fully booked from September and blessed to have so many new as well as returning clients. Oh and funny story – I had yet another fabulous Leeds United footballer in the studio along with their wonderful family, it was so much fun! The next day I took off work and Katie had a last minute enquiry that she almost turned down as we were so busy (like pulling our hair out kind of busy), however, me being me said we never say no to opportunity! She reluctantly took the shoot and they showed up, to her disbelief, a Leeds Rhinos rugby player walked through the door. Did I mention Katie is a HUGE fan of Leeds Rhinos? Bless her, she had to do the whole shoot with giddy butterflies throughout! She remained wonderfully poised, and they left with a wonderful review…

• Epic Shoot at Ilkley Rock – I have this one client (you know who you are girl!) and she has the most incredible creative mind! She knows her style and honed in on that vibe for a dream shoot of hers. The brief was dark, dramatic, moody and fabulous. Her home is styled with dark tones and she knew exactly where she was planning to frame her art.  I love it when you all dream big, tell me what you want to achieve and we work together to make things happen. Here’s a little preview of what we created. Oh and her own mum made her dress, how fabulous!  

• Fabulous Autumn Minis – Golden hues and cozy vibes. I am dying to share with you our autumn mini sessions but so many of you have opted to keep your images private this past year. So I am unfortunately very limited on what I can share with you. Here is a lovely sample though of a fabulous duo I photographed at Roundhay Park this autumn.

• Coventry Exhibit and New Dresses – We have fallen in LOVE with our new red dress for our maternity sessions and we can tell you have too. So many of you have opted to have a session with just this dress as it is versatile. It can be used for both our empowerment session and our maternity sessions too. We are going to steadily build our dress portfolio so you won’t ever have to think about what to wear again.

• Lots of Babies! – Congratulations to all of you lovely mamas out there who gave birth in 2024! We loved meeting all of your wonderful little bundles. So many of you have booked in for your discounted cake smash already for 2025 and we CANNOT WAIT to see how they have gown. We have also purchased some lovely new props and sets. This is one of my favourites, what do you think? I love a dark colour drench as it looks so good on a wall.
